These operational terms should be reviewed by a qualified Ohio attorney before they are treated as final legal advice for the business.

Each Word document is an attorney-review draft. The CineHollow documents supplement these general Express Tech policies for the streaming service.
1. Agreement and scope
These Terms govern access to ExpressTechPC.com and services provided by Express Tech Solutions (“Express Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including repair, refurbishing, data-recovery efforts, custom builds, product sales, software, licensing, support, subscriptions, and business portals.
By using a protected feature, submitting an order, approving a quote, or activating a license, you agree to these Terms. If a signed work order, written quote, invoice, product offer, or subscription agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific document controls for that transaction.
2. Public access and customer accounts
Visitors do not need an account to browse the public site. Accounts are used for private purchases, licenses, subscriptions, and portal information. You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
You may not use another person’s account or attempt to access help-desk, customer, tenant, or administrative records without authorization. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect data, respond to nonpayment, or enforce these Terms.
3. Repair, refurbishing, and data services
- Diagnosis and approval. Initial descriptions are not a final diagnosis. Billable work and material changes should be approved through a quote, work order, message, or other recorded authorization.
- Backups. You are responsible for maintaining a current backup before service. Repair, malware removal, operating-system work, drive failure, and data transfer can involve loss or corruption.
- No recovery guarantee. Data recovery is a best-effort service. No specific file, amount of data, or device functionality is guaranteed unless stated in writing.
- Access. You represent that you own the equipment or are authorized to request work and provide any passwords or access necessary for the approved service.
- Testing. We may run reasonable diagnostics, security checks, updates, benchmarks, and verification steps needed to complete approved work.
- Unclaimed equipment. Storage fees, notice, and disposition of unclaimed equipment will follow the applicable work order and governing Ohio law; ownership is not transferred merely by leaving a device for service.
4. Quotes, catalog information, orders, and payment
Cart contents, component lists, and preliminary prices may be estimates until availability, compatibility, shipping, taxes, and the exact configuration are confirmed. A component quote is not an acceptance of an order. Product images and specifications may be representative.
Custom builds require compatibility review and may require a deposit before parts are ordered. Deposits, milestones, cancellation terms, and special-order restrictions should be stated on the applicable quote or invoice.
Payments may be processed by Square or another identified provider. You authorize the provider and Express Tech to process the approved amount, applicable tax, and expressly disclosed fees. Chargebacks submitted in bad faith do not cancel a valid payment obligation.
5. Returns, refunds, and warranties
Return eligibility, restocking charges, deposits, labor coverage, and product or repair warranties are governed by the written offer, receipt, invoice, manufacturer policy, or work order for the transaction. Special-order parts, activated software, completed labor, and customized systems may have restricted return eligibility to the extent permitted by law.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer unless Express Tech expressly provides a separate written warranty. Any Express Tech warranty excludes misuse, accidents, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, new malware, external electrical events, and failures unrelated to the covered work unless stated otherwise in writing.
Contact the help desk before returning equipment or disputing a service so we can review the transaction and provide instructions.
6. Software, AI features, and licenses
Express Tech software is licensed, not sold. Unless a product offer says otherwise, a license is personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and tied to the purchasing customer account. A key may be redeemed once and may be disabled after expiration, refund, chargeback, fraud, misuse, or material breach.
Kiventhra AI 14-day trial. The public Kiventhra AI app includes one no-card, nonrenewing 14-day trial that begins on first use or first eligible app-account activation. The start and expiration dates may be stored locally and on the customer account to prevent the trial from restarting. Clearing storage, reinstalling, changing devices, or creating duplicate accounts does not create another authorized trial. When the trial ends, an active paid license is required to continue using the public app. Locally stored budget data is retained but access is locked until a valid license is activated. The separate private Kiventhra Business Owner edition is limited to verified Express Tech owner accounts and is not governed by the public trial.
Paid features, device limits, term length, offline-verification period, update eligibility, and renewal rules are determined by the purchased plan. You may not share keys, bypass verification, reverse engineer protected services, remove notices, or use the software to violate law or another person’s rights.
Kiventhra AI provides organizational and educational planning tools, not banking, accounting, investment, tax, legal, or fiduciary advice. ShieldAI is a user-mode security product and mobile companion; it does not guarantee detection of every threat. ShieldAI does not install an unsigned kernel driver, does not replace Windows Security or another established endpoint-protection product, and, on iPhone, cannot scan other applications or replace platform security.
Signed-in paid users may use AI guidance hosted through ExpressTechPC.com. Customer messages and limited product context may be processed by a contracted AI provider. Customers cannot replace the production endpoint, model, system instructions, or server credentials. Generated guidance cannot authorize payments, refunds, license changes, account changes, file remediation, or other consequential actions; those actions remain subject to deterministic controls and, where applicable, human approval.
Kiventhra AI, ShieldAI, and Margin are also governed by their versioned product agreements: the Kiventhra AI EULA, ShieldAI EULA, and Margin Reader EULA. The applicable agreement must be accepted before installation or use.
7. Subscriptions and business portals
Business-portal and software subscriptions continue for the purchased term. Renewal, automatic-renewal status, trial terms, included features, limits, and cancellation rights are shown in the applicable offer or checkout. Cancellation stops future renewal when applicable but does not automatically refund an already delivered term.
The business-portal trial is limited to one 30-day trial per eligible customer account. It does not require a payment card, does not renew automatically, and does not include managed advertising, website production labor, domains, email mailboxes, SMS usage, advertising spend, payment-processing charges, or other third-party provider fees. When the trial ends, public publishing and record editing stop; existing portal and workspace records remain available read-only unless they are deleted under the applicable retention policy or at the account owner's verified request.
Business-portal introductory offer. The 50% introductory price is available to every customer who purchases a qualifying Launch, Run, or Grow term through ExpressTechPC.com by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026; no coupon is required. The displayed introductory amount, plus applicable taxes, covers the term selected at checkout. A customer may choose a fixed term that ends automatically or affirmatively select automatic renewal. When automatic renewal is selected, Square charges the same displayed amount at the same selected cadence until the customer cancels it from the portal account or through Express Tech. Auto-renew is never preselected. Cancellation stops future charges and leaves access active through the paid-through date; it does not refund a term already started. A later purchase made after cancellation uses the price displayed at that later checkout. Starting a free trial does not reserve a price beyond the deadline. The offer is not retroactive and does not create a cash credit or refund for a prior purchase.
Square stores and charges the payment method for an auto-renewing portal subscription; Express Tech does not receive or store the complete card number. If a recurring charge fails, portal access may become read-only after the paid-through date. Customers remain responsible for canceling before the next billing date if they do not want another term.
Managed Growth pricing. The introductory Managed Growth service rate starts at $249.50 per month for an approved proposal accepted by December 31, 2026; the planned standard starting rate is $499 per month beginning January 1, 2027. Final price depends on the approved scope. Setup work, advertising spend, domains, business-email mailboxes, SMS usage, merchant or payment-processing charges, taxes, and other third-party provider fees are separate and will be disclosed before authorization.
Portal tools organize business records and may link to a customer's chosen calendar, merchant, store, website, domain, email, or analytics provider. A link does not make Express Tech the provider of that third-party service, and provider credentials must not be entered into a portal link or AI field. Email sent from a portal requires a separate confirmation and is delivered through the configured transactional-email provider.
Eligible Grow portals may use a portal-scoped AI assistant to answer questions and prepare drafts from portal context. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed. The assistant cannot authorize, send, publish, charge, refund, delete, sign, or change an external account. Those actions require an explicit user action and, where indicated, human approval.
Portal customers are responsible for their submitted logos, text, settings, customer-facing statements, and legal compliance. We may remove malicious, infringing, deceptive, unlawful, or technically harmful content and may suspend a portal for nonpayment or material misuse.
8. Third-party services and affiliate disclosure
The site may display information or links involving manufacturers, Amazon, Square, or other third parties. Express Tech is not responsible for an independent provider’s site, availability, terms, fulfillment, or privacy practices.
Express Tech may participate in the Amazon Associates Program and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through eligible Amazon links. Affiliate compensation does not increase the price charged by Amazon. Catalog prices and availability can change and should be verified before purchase or quote approval.
9. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not attack, scrape contrary to access rules, overload, probe, bypass, impersonate, upload malware to, or interfere with the site, APIs, licensing service, portals, software, or another customer’s account. Automated access is allowed only through an expressly authorized interface and within its limits.
Express Tech names, logos, site design, original software, documentation, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party marks remain the property of their owners. No license is granted except the limited right necessary to use the purchased service or software as intended.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public site, estimates, catalog references, and software are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for express written warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted access, exact third-party pricing, universal compatibility, complete threat detection, successful data recovery, or a particular financial or business result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Express Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost business, or loss of data arising from use of the site or services. Any direct-liability limit is subject to applicable law and any controlling written service agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. General terms, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign an account or license without written permission; we may assign these Terms as part of a lawful business transfer.
We may update these Terms when services or law change. The effective date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
